About the event
Knitting skills for everyone. This two week workshop will be an encouraging and practical class suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to re-learn to knit. Christina will show you knit and purl stitches, casting on and off, and we will explore some stitch patterns and using colours.
The first project is a 10" knitted square, which can become part of a blanket, bag or scarf for yourself, or eventually donated to Wrap with Love as we get enough finished squares together. First set of needles and yarn supplied.
PLEASE NOTE : This workshop is covered in two x 2 hour sessions a week apart, so you have an opportunity to practice in between classes, and so you can come back and ask questions as you discover them.
