Join us for a hands-on, practical workshop designed specifically for parents and grandparents who care for little ones. Led by experienced paramedic Sheridan, this session will equip you with the essential first aid and CPR skills you need to respond confidently in the most common emergencies involving babies and young children. Whether it’s a choking incident, a fall, or a fever, you’ll leave feeling more prepared, empowered, and ready to keep the kids in your life safe.
No prior experience needed – just bring your willingness to learn and your love for the little people in your life.

*Please note we will supply tea/coffee and biscuits but please feel free to bring lunch if you wish. We have kitchen facilities.
** This workshop is for adults only, please don't bring along your little ones.
