Come along for an enjoyable day combining your DIY/woodworking together with your creative skills to make your own Flower Press.
We will make the press from scratch, using the drop saw, power drill and hand and electric sanders. After which we will hand paint and seal our presses ready to be gifted to loved ones, or to keep for yourself.
This workshop is an ideal starter project for those who have completed the Into to Power Tools workshop with us at WSCC and haven't been practicing, or those with some familiarity using sanders/drills. Beginners are also welcome.
Safety Requirements:
For your safety, please wear closed-in shoes, no loose clothing, and no dangly jewelry. Long hair must be tied back.
